Sizing help
In order to ensure your blanket is sized correctly, please supply us with the following measurements:
IMPORTANT: Read instructions carefully for measurement assistance!! | A Measurement
The A measurement is taken with your horse backed up against the wall, the measurement is taken from the center of the chest, to the end of the hindquarters (but not around the tail). This measurement should be within a few inches of the length of the rug that the horse normally wears. (See Measurement Guide Below)
B Measurement
Circumference of the loins, taken just in front of the hindquarters.
Light Horse vs. Heavy Horse
A light horse typically has both A and B measurements under 70 while a heavy horse will have measurements over 70. Size 3 and 4 are specialized for Icelandic and other similar horses. We will analyze your measurements before sending your blanket to ensure you receive the correct size.

The "B" measurement is ALMOST ALWAYS LARGER THAN "A". If it is not, please take both measurements again.

Return/Exchange Policy
Blankets and Hoods may be returned within 14 days if returned item is in an unused state.
Please ensure returned items are adequately packed. Products should be insured in the event of loss or damage during transit. Damaged and/or soiled blankets or hoods will not be considered for exchange or refund. Please remove all hair before returning product.
Boett Sweet Itch Blankets are always shipped by US Priority mail. Sizes 1 through 5 can be shipped at a Flat Rate $20. Excluding the hood of size 5. Blankets size 5+ and up will be charged a flat rate of $30/blanket. Blanket orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of $36 USD. |
